Spacious double room in lovely house in Horfield

Nice big double room available in our spacious house off the top of Gloucester Rd, by the Memorial Ground. The room is semi-furnished £650 including bills, and a fortnightly cleaner to maintain domestic bliss. The house has 2 bathrooms, a big garden, lots of plants, a projector and a lovely new kitchen. It's a really cosy comfy house but always happy for people to make their own mark on it.

I'm Jan, he/him, (the live in landlord), a 38 year old cabinet maker who is always happiest in the kitchen or in a tent somewhere. Em, she/her, is 32 and makes clothes for a living. She's a ball of energy who's current obsessions are pottery, learning to mix and burlesque. We are a couple. Amyas, he/him, completes the line up. He's 38, a friendly bearded gardening-cum-coding creature who was born in a checked shirt. We're close friends and love spending time together but have a nice balance of everyone living their own lives too. Sitting down and cooking a meal together every once in a while is really important to us and we cherish it as and when it happens. We have a great relaxed atmosphere at the moment and would love someone to fit into this.
We're looking for another female/non-binary housemate to balance the energy in the house.

It's by no means a party house, things are pretty quiet during the week, but we do occasionally like to host house parties/dinner parties and let our down so it'd be great if you fancy that too. We also love a board game and watching movies on the projector together.
