Cosy room for rent from april in horfield

Hi everyone, we are looking for another person to share house with us as 1 housemate is moving out in 2 weeks. Location: horfield, filton avenue, 3min from shops and post office, 5min to train station, bus stop is just outside house( it takes 25min to city centre), 10 min walk to mc donald, asda, next, gym and other shops. No pets allowed( but i love dogs).bills included in rent. Smoking is allowed only outside, house is alright- we are not clean freaks from hospital but is clean here and we keep it this way. Room is furnished but if person wants bring any stuff in- he/she is welcome to do so. I d rather talk with each person than write a book here😃 no couples, only professionals please. bonus if you skydive, base jump, climb, or like being outdoors. Viewings available monday to friday from 8:30 pm due to work, weekends almost anytime. I always try respond asap on messages received.
