I have a double room to rent. It has a bed and mattress, a side table and a wardrobe. It also has a desk. All can me taken away apart from the bed and mattress, which are part of the room. I can put up pictures in the room and I would consider painting a different colour if you were going to stay a while.
I try and keep the house clean and tidy. We can have a cleaning rota so we know where we are.
There is free parking available on the road out side and room for a bike in the garage.
I enjoy gardening so this can be a nice space you can spend time in.
