Double room available close to Southmead

Double room available in 4 bed house ( 4th room is a box room used for drying clothes and storage. Only 3 occupants. 10 minute walk to Southmead hospital. We are two nurses working in the emergency department doing shift work. Ideally looking for someone else who does shift work. Just off the Gloucester Road so direct links into town and out of the city. Off street parking. Front and back garden with storage outside. Bathroom upstairs but also toilet downstairs. Newly refurbished when moved in two ago, great house. House is furnished apart from the room you will be moving into. Spacious and light. The room available is the one with the pink fireplace. We love gardening and being outdoors. This summer we grew various veg and flowers in the garden. There’s a bench and fire pit for warmer days. We sometimes look after our friends dog so would need someone ok with this, he’s a very gentle and easy to look after dog.
