Double Room in Lockleaze

Hey,

I am looking for a lovely new housemate for my spare bedroom from 1st December.

The room is a double (4.74m x 2.77m) in a new build house (Aug-23) in Lockleaze. There are a couple of bathrooms, so you would practically have sole use of the main one.

There is parking, a garden and plenty of storage space.

I'm hoping to find someone who is friendly, chilled and reasonably tidy. Also if I can find someone to teach me how to keep plants alive it would be a bonus.

I am a big animal lover, so would definitely consider someone with pets.
