Horfield En suite loft room in family home

Our spare loft room with en-suite is available to rent from end of January. The house is in Horfield, close to the Memorial Ground and Gloucester Road. The room is a spacious double, furnished with a king size bed, desk, hanging rail, bookcase, cupboard and television. We have a sociable kitchen diner which leads out to the garden.
We are both secondary school English teachers - we have 2 adult children - one has their own flat in Bristol and the other is studying in Sheffield.
It would be great if you like dogs as although we don’t have a dog we do have a friend’s dog visiting/ staying overnight occasionally.
