Hi everyone! We have a double room available in our 4 bed house for a short term. Located in Horfield, just off Filton Avenue. The previous tenant has had to move out for work last minute, so this room ideally needs filling ASAP.

The contract is for 12 months from the 17th August (until 16th August 2025). Rent is £650 per month, and bills typically come to around £100 per month (council tax - band C, utilities, and broadband).

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, side table/chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.

The rest of the house is fairly modern and is furnished very nicely, particularly the shared lounge! There is 1 bathroom and 2 toilets between 3, while one tenant has an en-suite. The kitchen features a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and slow cooker. There is adequate storage space for 4 people. Downstairs has an airing cupboard also.

The back garden is private but somewhat small.

Location is very close to local amenities, and provides easy access to the city centre or UWE Bristol via various bus options.

Existing 3 tenants are all friendly, laid back professionals. We are not too fussy over who moves in, but would like someone who’s clean and tidy!
