Two Rooms in Shared House in Horfield

We are currently looking for two new housemates for our house in Filton as the previous tenants are getting married and moving out.

The house is a five minute walk to Abbey Wood Station / MOD, with Airbus/Parkway/Aviva about 15-20 mins away. It is a very well decorated and spacious house. There is a lounge and well equipped kitchen. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs for relaxing. The landlord is very supportive of any problems and wants to make the house a home for the tenants. With two housemates moving, we are looking to make a new house share and bring in a fun and interesting new house mates. There is no dedicated parking but spaces are almost always available.

The first room is a large double room on the first floor, which is very spacious and clean. It has fitted wardrobes will be newly decorated before occupation. It has a large window that over looks the garden and patio area. The pictures do not do it justice but the room is lovely and probably the best in the house. This room will be £625 PCM

The second room is a large single / small double also on the first floor. It is at the front but the house is in a cul-de-sac so there is minimum traffic noise. The room has shelving and current some furniture. The room will be redecorated before occupation. All rooms are rented as unfurnished but there is some furniture available. This room is £550 PCM

The rooms are inclusive of bills except gas and electricity which is shared by the tenants, (worst case £20-£30 per month in the winter). The house has a EPC rating of C. The rooms will be available from the third week in June after redecoration. . One month rent deposit is required which will be kept in the DPS, and we would prefer at least a minimum six month stay where possible.

The current tenants 1M, 1F are in their later 20's.
We like music, movies, gaming and sport. We are both really easy going and basically keep our stuff clean and respect others in the house, and hope to find that in return. Occasionally we will get together for a movie night and a drink or a BBQ in the garden, but we also respect each others privacy, and would like to find someone professional and fun who can join the house.

We are looking for the right fit not first come first served so if you are interested please get in touch to meet the landlord and current tenants. We will be organising a day or two of visits to see the room and meeting the existing tenants and they will have the final decision on who gets the rooms.

If offered the room you will be asked to provide a £100 deposit to secure the room. This will be put against your security deposit
