we have a furnished bright double room available in a lovely 3 bedroom house with a fantastic south-facing garden!
> Location:
The location is Horfield, very close to Horfield Health Center. There are some local shops (Tesco, takeaways, etc) within 5 mins walking distance but if you wanna do proper shopping, Lidl and Aldi are both just 15 minutes away (based on google maps). The house is also just 15 minutes away from Gloucester road pubs.
It's very easy to take public transport to the center, Southmead hospital or Airbus, MOD, etc. I usually cycle to the center in 20 minutes.
> The house:
So we have three bedrooms upstairs and living room + kitchen +bathroom downstairs. The living room and kitchen have nice parquet flooring and the bathroom is recently renovated.
> Parking:
Very easy to find a parking spot on the street, in case you have a car.
> The double room:
This is good size double room.
The room is bright and furnished, a nice double bed and mattress + wardrobe + drawers +bedside table + desk.
The room has a south-facing window over the garden.
(the room can come unfurnished as well if needed)
Rent for this double room has ALL BILLS INCLUDED (fast Virgin fiber internet, Bills, Council tax)

I am a 32yo software engineer working for a tech company in Bristol.
In my free time, I enjoy outdoor stuff (traveling, hiking, camping, etc) or going to the gym.
We both enjoy making food and spending time with housemates . At the same time, we respect others taking the personal time. We are both passionate about the houseplants too.

We are looking for a respectful tidy young professional to share the house with.
You must have a proven income evidence , right to live in the UK and valid ID.
