Small double room to let just off Gloucester Road

Our lovely housemate Ari is leaving us so we are looking for a new housemate for the beginning of November!

We live in a 4 bed house, with a back garden and off road parking just off Gloucester road. The room is a small furnished double, and there's a shared lounge with patio doors out to the garden, shared kitchen and bathroom with a large bath/shower.

We take care of the bills (which is included in the rent price advertised, but this may be subject to change slightly with the cost of energy bills recently!) Included alongside rent is: water, gas and electric, full fibre broadband, council tax and TV licence.

We've all met through moving into the house. It's a friendly, sociable house and we'd be looking for someone who's also up for being involved.

A bit about us, we're all working professionals (Teacher, Research etc). We've all made our way to Bristol over the years because it's a fantastic city. We enjoy our live music, meals out, escaping the city for walks in the countryside and shows/gigs/theatre etc. We love hanging out together, but also have our own friends outside of the house. We'd love to find someone on a similar wave length to come and join our house.
