Available til mid September but can be flexible!

Bedroom:
A bright and airy, large double room. The room has an inbuilt wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, mirror, table and double bed. Any of this can be moved on request.

Bathroom:
Shared bathroom with with separate bath and shower.

Kitchen/Dining:
the kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, kettle, toaster and large fridge. You will have your own dedicated cupboard space and space in the fridge to make yourself at home.

Garden:
Sunny tree and plant filled garden with outdoor seating available. Outdoor lockable bike storage available.

Location:
Our room is located in a terrace house on a quiet road a 15 minute walk from the Gloucester road!
The popular Gloucester road is filled with boutique shops and independent coffee shops.
Stay well connected as this house has a bus stop into town only a 1 min walk away. Also handy bus routes to the Bristol and UWE universities are available. 20 minute bus into the city centre and 20 minute walk to the local train station Filton Abbey Wood.

Meet your hosts!
The house is owned by myself, I am a data analyst who works for a large bank. My interests are fitness, games and gardening on my allotment! I work two days a week in the office.
I have two cats, Bea and Clem, which you must be comfortable with, as although you will never be expected to look after they may want to be around you!
