Double room in Horfield August to November

Leaving my house share at end of July and needs someone to take over the tenancy. It’s a spacious bedroom, that can fit a double bed in and comes with the wardrobes already included. As you can see currently I have my bed and other things in there which will be coming out so apart from the wardrobe, it will completely empty.

About the house:

- Four bed house, currently 2 girls and 2 boys, ages 22 - 24
- All working professionals and would prefer another working professional
- 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room
- Back garden is currently about to have the decking sorted and cleared by the end of June

Rent is £567. Then bills are around £100, electric, water, WiFi and council tax all included.
