Double room in stunning house with gorgeous garden

Recently renovated home to a very high standard and lots of space for two people. Stunning garden with decking and pond. It's on a quiet, friendly road (cul-de-sac) within minutes of Gloucester road and easy access to the city centre.

Room is decent sized double room. Shared bathroom and communal spaces. The room is at the back of the house so quiet and overlooks the garden.

I'm gay/queer myself and would very much prefer another queer/lgbt/sex positive housemate as it makes it a safer space and judgment free zone.

I'm often out mountain biking or climbing, very easy to get on with, but I'm far from a party animal or socialite, I'm much more likely to be doing something active or a chilled night out than anything wild.
