Our house is a 4 Bed Terraced House, located in Horfield, BS7. The nearest bus stop is on Filton Avenue (Takes 15 minutes to get to Frenchay campus).
The house is three floors, fully furnished with a washing machine and dishes, bed, fridge, etc. There is a rear garden, a downstairs WC, a family bathroom.
Tenancy starts in August. The price for the last bedroom is £700 INCLUDED bills (estimated).
