An amazing shiny room in a shared house. £567

Hello everyone!

Here are Isaac and Javi. We live in a beautiful house at the bottom of Muller Rd, between St Werburgh’s and the Purdown. Our third housemate (Mesi) has found an amazing new job and the location of this property is no longer convenient to her; that is why we are now looking for someone to move in with us.

The price is £567 plus bills. With bills. council Tax and Broadband is all around £700/month. Its really important to understand that we are renting the whole house and not individual rooms and that will be shown in the signed contract, minimum of 6th month.

About us, Javi is a trained pastry chef and has worked as a chef in Bristol for 6 years. I am a full time technical demonstrator at UWE university. Our timetables are varied due to weekly changing rotas and the different nature of our jobs; we are therefore looking for someone who would be able to maintain a very respectful attitude at home - some days we get up at 6am for work and sometimes we get home at 2am from work, weekends included.
We both love cooking, good wine, outdoor activities, the countryside, etc but also we love watching films and playing games when it’s dark and raining outside. We are very independent, but we are also very respectful towards each other. This house is kept clean and quiet, and we intend to carry on keeping it the same way.

The house is just lovely. Check out the pictures and you’ll be able to see what we mean; it is very spacious, it was totally refurbished before we moved in here (2 ½ year ago), it’s well
insulated, full of lovely plants, and it always feels warm and cosy. Downstairs, we have one of the bedrooms (Javi’s), the living-room, the kitchen, and the amazing back garden with
private parking space for cars and bikes. Upstairs, we have the other two bedrooms which are massive and shiny, a spare small bedroom for when we have family/friends visiting (obv it’s the laundry room when we have no visitors ), and the bathroom. Mesi’s bedroom comes
unfurnished.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to move in on 1 st September, but that can be talked about.
