3 beds in a houseshare available

Hello!
My name's Jaz, one of the current tenants in this 4-bed house :)

I'm looking for 3 new housemates to fill the rooms in mid-October as my housemates are sadly all going their separate ways. One room is a medium ensuite, one is a large with a shared bathroom and the other is a medium.

THE HOUSE

The house is located in Horfield, a stones throw away from Southmead Hospital, so there is a lot of street noise and helicopters, just to note. Council tax band C, bills not included.

The house comprises of a hallway, downstairs WC, kitchen with breakfast bar and living room (which I have furnished). On the second floor is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms which share the space and on the third floor is the 2 ensuites (one of which is mine). We also have a garden, garage and 1 parking space, but there is also on-road parking. The bedrooms are unfurnished but I have furnished the communal areas (TV, sofas, dining table, etc...) The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher, as well as the usual appliances.

THE JAZ (me)

I'm a 26 Y/O Occupational Therapist who currently works at UWE. I'm sober but not opposed at all to smoking or drinking, and am an extrovert. I mostly spend my evenings and weekends enjoying a homecooked meal, swimming, making art, baking or going to the local for a pub quiz (if I can drag my housemates along). I must stress that I love company, chatting, and hanging out with pals and housemates. If you are after a quiet, reserved houseshare, this may not be the home for you (think more boardgame evenings, BBQ's, and dinner parties that end by 11pm, rather than house parties though, and you are MORE THAN WELCOME to join in, encouraged even). I like to keep the house pretty tidy, but it is a relaxed environment where you won't be penalized for not doing your dishes straight away. I also have 2 cats (Margot and Hazel) who may be living here next year with the landlord's permission. <3
