Two double bed room available

Hello! We've got two semi furnished double bedrooms available with an approximate move date between now & 01 Sept. The smaller room is available at £570 + bills & the larger room is £680+bills. The smaller room has a double bed, clothing rail + storage, side table, desk & looks out over the garden. The larger room is situated at the front of the house, it has a double bed & lots of built in storage. The furniture can be moved around the house to suit whatever layout you want! It's not required that it's kept to it's allocated room. The house is situated just off Gloucester Road with a bus stop 1 min away heading straight into the center & there is street parking available. Plenty of pubs, shops & cafés. You'll be sharing with two professional females (25 -working in environmental sector & 26 - working in renewable energy sector) & one very charming elderly canine! The kitchen, lounge and bathroom are all communal spaces & we hope to create a calm, clean & caring space we can all enjoy together. We like keeping houseplants & enjoy pottering around in the rather spacious garden that comes with the house! We're looking to welcome two professional females into the house who also want to create a cosy home that is a relaxing space for us to share, socialise and unwind in together. Our shared hobbies include hiking adventures, running clubs, sunny beer gardens, wild swimming, northern soul dance classes & curling up with a cuppa tea & having a movie night together. We'd absolutely love to hear from you if think you'll fit into our household x
