Double Room Bright Sunny Good Area

Lovely large double room with plenty of light and sunshine.

The house is relaxed and well maintained. Nice garden in summer and peaceful.

The road is a dead end cul-de-sac off of Muller Rd and there is street parking without permits.

Washing machine is in the old outside boiler room so it doesn't disturb the house.

The wifi is fast, and all bills are included..

We have a shared lounge, dining room and garden.
Sorry but no pets or couples.

We are chilled out but also sensible and looking for likeminded person who can look after them selves and contribute to the routine things like putting the recycling out and cleaning up etc.
A sense of humour is desirable, we enjoy a good time, but also enjoy a quiet private time too when needing to get up for work etc..
