Two rooms available in Horfield

We're George and Jen.

Our housemates are moving away, so we need some new ones! We are a friendly pair who like to hang out so we'd love a chill housemate to go climbing with, or chill in the evening and watch an American sitcom (currently the office but we recently finished superstore).

The room is available from the 6th October (possibly earlier), and the rent will be £665 for the bigger room, and £635 for the smaller. (for transparency, it's £2600 for the house split by room size) Bills and council tax are around £100 each per month.

We would be going onto a new contract as a group of 4, so the deposit would be split between the 4 of us. The rent has just been increased for the new contract, so just trying to find out how much it will be.

The rooms have the option to come with furniture, which you’d need to buy of outgoing flatmates, or completely unfurnished.

The house is a nice new build. We're on the estate behind the Horfield sports centre, next to southmead hospital. We've got 2.5 bathrooms, a great living/kitchen/diner, an astroturfed garden and a garage.

It's a pretty good area, commutable to the big engineering companies in Filton, as well as 20 mins on the bus to town. Nice pubs too.
