Double room to rent in a 4 bed furnished house in Horfield, Bristol. The house is fully furnished. 3 other occupants, two males and one female, all in their mid-20s and working professionally as mechanical engineers. All get along well, friendly and social.

House has two toilets (one bathroom with shower), a spacious kitchen, large front and back garden, entrance porch, and private parking in front of the house. House is semi-detached, the room available is on the first floor and on the side with no connecting wall, and does not share a wall with the bathroom/floor with the kitchen/living room so there are no noise problems. Both toilets are on the first floor, along with another double bedroom and a single bedroom. Ground floor consists of porch, entrance hall, ground floor double room, kitchen, and living room. Living room has sliding glass door with entrance to the back garden, and there is another entrance through the kitchen. Private residential area with friendly neighbours and no late-night noise problems from students.

2 minutes away from Horfield Leisure Centre, and a 10 minute walk to Gloucester Road which has many shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, etc.

Room is to rent for a 3 month period from start of October - late December/early January (dates negotiable within this period). This will be a sub-letting situation as the current tenant is away on work abroad. Rent schedule can be negotiated. Bills not included in the rent price.
