Cosy en-suite room available for 6 months

I am going travelling for 6 months and I need somebody who is clean, tidy and likeminded to rent my room for 6 months.

Location: The flat is in a great location (3 min walk to horfield leisure centre, a park and Gloucester Road, 5 mins to Southmead hospital, 10 mins to lidl.)

The room: It is very cosy and will come furnished with a chest or drawers, bed with storage, walk in wardrobe, desk and en-suite.

Harrison is my roommate, He is 24 years old and enjoys cycling and running, along with other things.

There is a well furnished kitchen and living room and a small balcony with morning sun. The flat is 2nd floor of a 6 flat block.

There is a off-street car parking spot which will be shared with Harrison if he decides to bring his car, along with a number of visitor off street parking spots.

The bike store is located on the ground floor and is a secure lockable cupboard.
