Single Mon- fri let in popular area

We are a quiet family of two teachers and we have a spare room for a Mon-Fri (or less let). The property is just off Gloucester road, with all it's amenities.
We have a nice single room with juliette balcony available. There is an adjoining shower room. It is in the loft, so you would have privacy.
Our last lodger's contract as ended. This let suited them as they were very busy working in Bristol in the week and travelled home at weekends. This would suit a professional who is a non-smoker and really needs a quiet place to stay.

We would also consider a 3 month let, so it may suit someone who is contracted to work in Bristol until Xmas. May also suit a PGCE student on placement in Bristol
