Single Mon- fri or less let in popular area

We are a quiet family of two teachers and we have a spare room for a Mon-Fri (or less let). The property is just off Gloucester road, with all it's amenities.
We have a nice single room with juliette balcony available. There is an adjacent shower room. It is in the loft, so you would have privacy.
Our last lodger's contract is ending in August . This let suited them as they were very busy working in Bristol in the week and travelled home at weekends. This would suit a professional who is a non-smoker and really needs a quiet place to stay. Will definitely not suit a home worker. Could also suit someone who only needs a couple of nights a week

We would also consider a 3 month let, so it may suit someone who is contracted to work in Bristol temporarily . May also suit a PGCE student on placement in Bristol. Previously 2 of our lodgers rented with us when they started a new job in Bristol and wanted a tidy safe place to rent with very good transport links. We have also had a doctor stay with us who has needed a quiet room for rotating/ night shifts where necessary. We were able to offer flexibility in this case and this worked well and price negotiated. Our house is within walking distance of Southmead hospital.
