Hello :) We have a lovely 4-bed house in Horfield, we are looking for 2 replacements as 2 of us are moving out.

Our Household:
Situated in a quiet neighborhood, directly backing onto the Muller Road rec ground, the house is also a 10 minute walk from the Lidl and Aldi, and 20 minutes from Gloucester Road, with multiple bus stops for different routes nearby. Our home has a friendly, calm atmosphere, with a gentle communal vibe but also with space for everyone to live independently alongside each other. Even though 2 of us are moving out, we are keen to keep this feeling for the future. There is a spacious, comfy communal living room, cosy kitchen, and a gorgeous, leafy, flower-filled garden (with generous plum trees, a pond and resident frog!) We have found that a cleaning rota works well for keeping the house nice and tidy. Bills are currently at around £105 pcm (incl. wifi, electric/gas, water, TV license and council tax (band B)).

The Room:
Rachel (previous room occupant) says: "This has been a really cosy, homely space for me and I've been able to work from home comfortably in the room. All the furniture you see will be staying, apart from the bookshelf and the laptop stand. I've tried to capture the vibe in the photos, come and see how it feels!"
