Hey there!
I'm a professional and work in higher education. I’m renting out a cosy double bed in my freshly redecorated 2-bedroom coach house, and it’s a nice place for someone looking for a fairly stylish place to call home.
I'm looking for a tidy, respectful, friendly flatmate to share this space with. The house is conveniently located near the Horfield Leisure Centre, and the Southmead hospital. The room doesn't have an en-suite but there will be only two people living in the house. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a big garage, where I keep the bikes, and the washing machine.
There's no TV, but I have video projector for the occasional movie nights. There’s also off-street parking next to the house. I don't have a car, and cycle to work most days.
If you only need the room for part of the week, we can discuss the price too!
