I have a large double room fully furnished ready to rent in Horfield. 25 minute walk from Southmead Hospital and with a bus stop right outside the house it is 25 minute bus ride to city centre.

I purchased the house 1 year ago and have been updating it to get it ready for someone to move in. There are new carpets, new furniture and modern cooking appliances.

The room currently has a large double bed and chests of drawers.

I am a 28 year old professional that works in north Bristol with a couple of days a week at home. My girlfriend will also be living in the property from October onwards, she is a medical student.

I am looking for someone to move in to become my housemate, with full shared access to all communal areas including a large lounge and garden. There is off-street parking and additional free parking on the road outside.

It is a nice area, with kind neighbours on both sides.

Internet will be included with all other bills (council tax band B) split 2 ways for any time lived in September, and split 3 ways after that.
