I have a large double room fully furnished ready to rent in Horfield. 25 minute walk from Southmead Hospital and with a bus stop right outside the house it is 25 minute bus ride to city centre.

I purchased the house 3 months ago and have been updating it to get it ready for someone to move in. There are new carpets, new furniture and modern cooking appliances.

The room currently has a large double bed and chest of drawers with additional furniture to come which can be discussed with the lodger prior to move in.

I am a 27 year old professional that works in north Bristol with a couple of days a week at home.

I am looking for someone to move in to become my housemate, with full shared access to all communal areas including a large lounge and garden. There is off-street parking and additional free parking on the road outside.

It is a nice area, with kind neighbours on both sides.

Looking to split gas, electricity and water bills but council tax and internet will be included.
