3 month let

Hi, we have a room coming up for rent in mid November for a maximum 3 month stay as I'm going travelling and want to return to our lovely home.

It's a friendly 5 bedroom house opposite Horfield common with communal living room, kitchen and dinning rooms. We're a sociable household and like to do things together but also enjoy our own space. We're also not a big party house.

Jess loves surfing and yoga and has a lovely well-behaved dog called Nugget, Eleanor is very outdoorsy and loves climbing and running amongst other things, and Reuben loves camping and gaming and is extremely well equipped for all camping situations. I will be leaving my room furnished but empty of possessions and will be returning at the end of February.

We're right next to a bus stop with regular buses into town, and other local amenities like a supermarket and pub. We're Council Tax band C and all bills are included in the rent.
