I am looking for someone I could sublet my room to from the start of October (asap) to the end of January potentially to continue to be a long term let.
The house is located in Horfield and it’s a lovely 4 bedroom house with a big south facing garden. My housemates are all professional in their 30s and ideally we are looking for someone in their mid 20s early/mid 30s.
We all get along as a house, we love the occasional meal together, chatting forever in the lounge and generally coexist very peacefully 🌞
The room is relatively large, with plenty of natural light, fully furnished and with my very own whimsical mural in it! The rent is 600 plus bills which are usually 100 pounds and a bit more during the winter months so 150/200.
