Double Unfurnished Room In Shared Property

double unfurnished room in Horfield just off Gloucester Road sharing with three housemates mixed gender. We are a creative household, all musicians currently in full-time jobs and are seeking a new housemate to start the tenancy at the beginning of October. We have fully furnished all shared areas of the house so you would only have to furnish the room up for offer. House comes with a large garden and two large shared areas and includes a washing machine, Shower/bath (Bills are excluded from rent). Our landlord lives above us, however, it is only for a couple months within the year.

My flatmates and I have known each other since uni, so we partake in social activities roughly once a month outside the house. In general the house as a very lax vibe, we all get on well and at least one of us is in most evenings so we usually play board games and have wine nights.

The current tenants are between the ages of 23 and 24 so we are looking for someone around our age who is preferably a fellow creative, but it’s not as necessity. In general we are looking for someone who is outgoing and will fit well into our household.
