Sadly, I'm moving out due to my placement, but there’s a fab large double bedroom up for grabs in a 4-bed semi-detached house in BS7 (move in date 14th October 2024)

• Really spacious – big enough for your morning yoga routine! 🧘‍♀️
• Super comfy and lots of natural light, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
🏡 The House:
• Cottage-core kitchen vibes – dishwasher, huge fridge/freezer, and lots of counter space! (will put up photos asap)
• Shared living room with a TV for cosy nights in.
• Beautiful garden with a firepit (you'll need to get your own wood, though), plus tables and chairs for outdoor hangs.
• There's also an adorable summerhouse in the garden – perfect for chilling or even working from home! (will put up photos asap)
• Parking space available or an anchor point to lock your bike.
📍 Location:
• 3-minute walk to the 75 + 76 bus stop.
• 10 minutes from Lidl and Southmead Hospital – super convenient!
👯 Housemates:
• You’ll be living with 3 friendly people who love a mix of pints at the pub and chilled nights at home (we have loads of board games 🃏🎲).
• Ideally, we’d love another girl to keep the balance, but we’re open to anyone who's nice, kind, and reasonably clean! 😊
💡 Details:
• Rent is £600/month.
• WiFi is included (yay!), but utilities + council tax are extra (approx. £80-100)
• We’re happy to take on students, but council tax will still apply.
• Tenancy ends 14th July 2025.
