We have 1x double and 1x Large double room available in this smart, sort after shared house. Filton Rd is the extension of Gloucester Rd North so it's a perfect location for Southmead hospital and on a good bus route to Airbus, UWE, Rolls Royce and MOD.

• This house has a nice garden space, which is great to take a break in if you are working from home.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook a meal during your stay. We also supply bedding as well as essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, laundry powder and toilet roll, throughout your stay, free of charge.
• There is a live out House Manager who keeps the house looking great.
• On street parking available. Some parking restrictions apply. There are non restricted parking areas within close proximity.
• Minimum 1 week booking. Can stay for as long as you like
