Room available in shared house in Horfield

Hey! I am moving out of my lovely house in Horfield, and looking for someone to replace me! The room is a decent sized double room with a massive build in wardrobe space. Currently living in the house is Helena (26), Ben (25) and Stefan (25), we are preferably looking for another girl to keep the even split! They are all working professionals. We are looking for someone who is friendly and enjoys hanging out with the rest of the house, but also likes their own space sometimes! Rent is 625pm not including bills, and bills are around 120 including Wi-Fi, council tax, water, gas etc etc. The room is available from the 2nd January.
