Hi all!

It’s Roxy (28Femail) and Janis (35male)! We are 2 young professionals looking for a new housemate to move in from the end of December. We are friendly, easy-going and clean people. We like spending time together going to pub watching movies, and doing fun stuff, however, we do like our own time also.

We are offering a spacious second-floor bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. The room comes unfurnished, the rent is £520 pcm.

So this is what we have in our house:

Ground Floor - Big kitchen, cloakroom bathroom and a sizeable spare room - the spare room is for everyone’s use.

First Floor – Roxy bedroom, a huge living room and a hallway.

Second Floor – Potentially your new room Jani's bedroom, and family bathroom (including bath and shower)

Outside - At the front, parking is available all along the street at no extra cost, always plenty of space! At the back, we have a locked compound with even more parking space and a sizeable garage. Our garden is huge, we often like to get the BBQ going or have some food and drinks in the sunshine :) the vehicles we already have are a car.

Sorry, no animals are considered.

Rent for the bedroom will be £520 pcm plus bills approximately £170 per month. These bills include gas, water, electric, broadband, council tax and tv license.

Private landlord, no agency.

Deposit required as standard which is fully protected by DPS.
