Double room for rent in horfield

Looking for someone to move in after my current housemate leaves

The house itself is a 3 bed. There is a double drive and a decent sized garden and patio which is ideal in the summer but also has plenty of room for bikes etc as there’s a couple sheds at the bottom

The third bedroom is currently a bit of a storage place with a sofa bed for when I’ve had guests but you’d be more than welcome to utilise it aswell

Ideally looking for someone of a similar age to move in. I’m 29 and enjoy surfing, sports and heading to the pub. I’m a carpenter so I’m normally out the house fairly early in the morning and therefore not looking for someone who’s out every night
