Single room with small double bed, 3 month let

I'm moving out of my room on Downend Road (Horfield) at the moment, the tenancy ends at the end of March and I'm just looking for someone to sublet until then.

The room is available immediately and partial rent payment for January can be arranged.

The house is very chill and quiet, with a spacious kitchen and garden. The room, although small, has a lot of storage, and the mattress is only a few months old and has been well looked after.

All rent and bills will be arranged with the current household once moved in, but rent is £580, bills vary but are roughly £100 per person, per month including Council Tax.
