Large furnished room in a spacious 5 bed house

I am looking for someone to replace me in this gorgeous 5 bed house off of Gloucester Road as unfortunately I will be moving out. The tenancy would be starting from the end of January/start of February until the end of August (7 months) with a possibility to extend this. Dates can be flexible so let me know when works for you.

The room is massive, with high ceilings and loads of sunlight. It is furnished with a doubled bed. The Wi-Fi box is also in the room so the connection is great if you work from home! The house has two bathrooms, a garden, a modern kitchen/living room, and loads of space. There is also space for on street parking outside. The next door neighbours are super friendly and have a puppy which is an added bonus!

It is in a perfect location to access the bars and shops on Gloucester Road and near Horfield Common which is a lovely green space. Rent is £600 pcm + bills (around £80 a month) so such a steal for the size and location. The deposit is £600 and you will need a UK guarantor.

The house is super friendly and socialise together often whilst also respecting each other’s space. There is always someone about for a chat and so it would be great to find someone who would be up for the occasional meal/pub trip/movie.

You would be living with Mimi (23, working in environmental sciences), Niamh (24, working as a civil engineer), Ella T (20, working as a dental nurse) and Ella P (21, working in a bar + as a freelance poet).
