Hi! I have moved back to London out of a 4 bedroom house in Bristol and looking for someone to take my place. It is available immediately and the tenancy ends July 8th 2025.

* Spacious house in Horfield area (BS7) close to Gloucester Road, I had the biggest room in the house!
(with plenty of plug sockets)
* Good transport links (5 minute walk away from bus stops)
* 2 bathrooms - 1 toilet on ground floor and 1 toilet + shower over bath on 1st floor, shared with only 2 girls as 1 of the girls has an en-suite.
* Open Plan Kitchen/Living area
* Garden Included

The property is currently exempt from council tax because all tenants are students.

There are currently 3 girls living there, all 2nd year students. They would only be comfortable with a girl moving in.

white chest of drawers, plastic storage unit and clothes rail not included, however l'm open to discussing.

Windows do have blinds if you prefer those. I only pinned up those curtains with safety pins so easily removable if they're not your style!
