Small double for female muslim professional

Assalamu’alaikum! Looking for someone to rent out a room in a nice and quiet all-female muslim house on Dorian Road in Horfield/Southmead. Available from Feb 2025.

The location is perfect if you work at Southmead hospital as it is literally across the road. Would suit someone working from home as well as the area is quiet. The room is a small double size with a double bed and has a wardrobe, you are welcome to bring any other furniture you may have. The household is professional-let, so looking for 26+ and ideally no students (unless mature student). There is free parking for a car. Bus stop for the 24 bus is round the corner and the 75/76 bus is a short walk away.

The house is a 3-bed with garden so perfect if you are into gardening! Being an all-female muslim household, no alcohol and pork would be allowed in the house. Guests are of course welcome as long as you give a heads-up. There are currently no pets in the house although at some point there may inshallah be a cat, so just a heads-up in case of any allergies etc.

The house has been recently renovated and is generally quiet and chill. We enjoy having movie nights and just chilling together sometimes so looking for someone who likes the same. Have the occasional friend/s over. Goes without saying but would like someone tidy and who cleans up after themselves. We all share the house duties and look out for each other. Pots and pans/kitchen utensils are all shared and some house supplies as well.
