A large furnished double bedroom will be available in my warm and welcoming home in Horfield from the end of April.

I’m a 27-year-old professional looking for a friendly and tidy lodger to share a relaxed and comfortable home.

The house has a cosy and homely feel as It used to belong to my family, which gives it a welcoming atmosphere rather than the feel of a typical rental.

• Close to major employers including Airbus, Rolls-Royce, Ministry of Defence and Aztec West
• Near Gloucester Road, which has lots of independent shops, pubs and restaurants
• Close to Horfield Leisure Centre

• Short walk to bus stops with connections to the city centre and North Bristol
• Around 2 miles from Bristol Parkway railway station
• Around 1 mile from Filton Abbey Wood railway station

About the household

The room is becoming available as one of the current housemates is moving away. You would be sharing the house with me and one other friendly professional.

The house has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere — sociable but also respectful of each other’s space, so it feels like a comfortable place to come home to.
