Small double room available ASAP in a lovely 6 bed house at the bottom of Filton Avenue (opposite memorial stadium) Sharing with 6 UWE students. Due to an unexpected end of tenancy due to personal reasons a room has become available in our house. The tenancy runs until July 1st, meaning it is a short term sublet - the benefits of this are no deposit and no council tax!
