Looking to find a housemate to live with myself and another tenant. I live in a 1930’s terrace with a kitchen/diner, and lounge with a wood burner. There is also a nice sized garden. The location is perfect for working at Southmead hospital/Airbus/Rolls Royce etc

A bit about me: I’m a 38-year-old female Scientist that works in Genetics. I love being outdoors - camping, hiking, backpacking, yoga, sauna and cold-water swimming. I moved to Bristol for uni and have travelled quite a bit since moving here. I bake bread, make kombucha, kimchi, and am passionate about cooking. I would consider myself a pretty sociable person. I’m a regular festival go-er and I love music.

The Bedroom is large and airy, dimensions 5m x 4m. Room is £750 per month. Bills will come in ~£140 per month (council tax, tv licence, energy (gas and electric), broadband Wi-Fi /tv, insurance, water).

I would prefer to take my time and find someone that is the right fit for the house and create a positive living environment. If you are interested, please share some background about yourself, and we can hopefully arrange a viewing.
