2 month short term let till September 10th.

Looking for a housemate (preferably female) to join me and one other housemate in a lovely 1930s semi-detached home. 20 mins walk to Gloucester Road and 20 bus into the centre, bus stop right outside the house. Also a 3 minute walk to the newly renovated Horfield leisure centre with a pool.

The available bedroom is a double on the first floor. Room overlooks the garden and is very quiet. Rent is £200 per week. Available now till September 10th-ish.

The house has plenty of character, with a separate kitchen and cosy lounge featuring a wood burner. There’s also a good-sized garden to enjoy. an upstairs bathroom with shower/bath, and a downstairs toilet.

A bit about me: I’m a 40 year-old female Scientist that works in Genetics. I love being outdoors - camping, yoga, sauna and cold-water swimming. My dog stays now and again so liking dogs is a must (see pic).

A bit about my housemate: I'm Rita, a portuguese part-time art psychoterapist and also work in a College. I love nature and enjoy going to conscious dance sessions, jams around the fire, kirtans and other cultural happenings.
