DBL Room in Horfield

Hi all,

Looking to find a housemate to share with, preferably aged 30-45. I currently live on my own with my dog, a large husky/lab cross (here ~50% of the time, very relaxed and doesn’t bark), and my tortoise. I live in a 1930’s terrace with a kitchen/diner, and large open plan lounge with a wood burner. There is also a nice sized garden that is my focus for sorting out this summer!

A bit about me: I’m a 38-year-old female Scientist that works in Genetics. I love being outdoors - camping, hiking, backpacking, yoga, sauna and cold-water swimming. I moved to Bristol for uni and have travelled quite a bit since moving here. I bake bread, make kombucha, kimchi, and am passionate about cooking. I would consider myself a pretty sociable person. I’m a regular festival go-er and I love music.

Bedroom dimensions are 3m x 4m. Room photos at the end, I’m currently repainting so excuse the mess. Room is £600 per month. Bills come in below £200 (council tax, tv licence, energy (gas and electric), broadband Wi-Fi /tv, insurance, water).

I would prefer to take my time and find someone that is the right fit for the house and create a positive living environment. If you are interested, please share some background about yourself, and we can hopefully arrange a viewing.
