Looking for a new housemate

Hey Lovely Humans,

We are looking for someone to join us in our home. I (Joad) am the live in landlord and Jess here too. Our partners do come over too. Sadly our friend is moving out to live with family.

About the house:
I bought the house back in 2021 and renovated it last year.
There are two rooms available, but I’m only renting out one as the other I’d like as a guest/study room which is shared between us all. The house is fully furnished and I have just done the back garden to make it a more inviting space.

A bit about the rooms available/house:
Both rooms are a good size have a double bed and a wardrobe you will also have your own bathroom.
• Room 1 Rent is £750
(If a couple comes in were to come in, the rent cost would be £900)

Bills are coming round to £640 which we all divide up between ourselves equally (so currently between 3 it comes to £215 each). The bills includes –
• Council tax
• Bills
• Water
• Wifi/TV
• TV licence
• Cleaner every fortnight (to do communal areas and all bathrooms)

A little about us:
We are a professional household that works during the week days and have most evening and weekends off. Some of us WFH occasionally. We are friendly, social and like to hang out but also respect each others space and alone time too. We enjoy having friends/family over for food/drinks. Plus, board game nights happen regularly too.
