Two rooms to rent in a sunny household

Hello loviliiies, we're looking for 2 people to rent a room each (2 rooms in total).

The house is a 5 minute walk to the wonders of Gloucester Road and a few minutes from Horfield Common. Good bus links into the city centre and out to North Bristol. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbours, and the local cats and foxes will greet you as you walk home in the evenings 🐈🦊

It's a 4 bedroom mid terrace house ( 2 floors), with a front and back garden. 1 bathroom to share (which has worked pretty easily). The house is let through an agent and has had lots of maintainace completed, so in good condition. Both rooms are unfurnished.

We are an open minded, alternative household, and inclusive ( LGBTQIA+++, trans, Neurodiversity and ethnic minorities friendly) and value open communication. One alternative couple looking for other like minded, lovely and mindful persons to join a friendly household.

We are working professionals who enjoy a variety of interests different types of dancing and music scene, wild swimming, arts/ creativity, yoga, writing, games and RPG, outdoor adventures eg surf. Not into wild parties at home, but gatherings are nice. Some of us work from home at times.

We are looking for both people to move in around mid June, and for this to be confirmed asap. We are planning to hold viewings ideally on evenings of Tues 6th and Wed 7th May, but can try to work out different times.

We can't have pets due to allergies.

Monies- £650pm rent and around £130pm bills each, plus £50 agency check admin fee.
