Single room in horfield house (next to Aldi)

Hello future housemate,

Myself and 2 friends are moving back in with eachother in a 4 bed in horfield. We have the let agreed, however we’re looking for a 4th to join us in the single room.

A bit about us:
We all lived together during our years at uwe, and have decided to move back in together. Were a good laugh, sociable - enjoy going to pubs / having some tinnies in the park / playing + watching football / going for walks / charity shopping / coffee shops etc. we’re not massive on going out out, but every once in a while enjoy it. We’re all clean and respectful of each others space, and if there’s a bit of mess then we’re close enough to tell one another to clean it up, no hard feelings - we’re not ocd on everything being immaculate, if you clean up after yourself then it’s all good 🤝🏻

Tom (myself) - I’m 25, currently living in Manchester, and a self employed furniture dealer. I very occasionally work / do admin from home, but most of the time I’m out the house

Darcy - 25, currently lives in gloucestshire, is a full time posty, so out the house during the day

Joe - 26, currently lives in Falmouth, is a self employed delivery driver, so out the house during the day

A bit about the house:
It’s an unfurnished 4 bed, has a nice spacious living room, nice garden and a garage. There is a driveway which can fit 2 vehicles on - Joe and darc have cars and I have a big van, but I believe there’s residential parking nearby. Although the house looks a little dated, we plan on decorating and furnishing it nicely and making it feel homely. The room is 400 a month which is a bargain, and it’s right next to Aldi

A bit about you:
Ideally we’re looking for a housemate to make friends with, on a similar work schedule (but not essential), has similar interests and just easy going really.
