1 Large double in Horfield

My husband and I will be going traveling and would love to find people who could rent out our home for the time we are gone. We have a lovely 26 year girl staying in the other room of the house, and wanting to look for someone/a couple to stay in the very large master bedroom.

This house is a lovely modernised victorian property on a very friendly street. It has a seperate kitchen and dining as well as a garden that gets the sun well.

The area is just off Gloucester Road so really close to all the great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, it is also 5 minute's from lidl, aldi and a petrol station as well as close to the bus stop with buses getting you into town within 20 minutes.

Council tax 167, remaining bills for wifi, water, gas and electricity would be 190 would be split with all tenants
