Single bed £460 pm No deposit

We are 3girls and 1 boy looking for another male to join us in our five bed house in lockleaze ✨

the bills are about £125 per month (sometimes less)

The room comes with furniture installed already, and it's a single room with a lovely view of ashley down.

The area is quiet - our closest pub is probably the Farm but we live close to Lidl and Aldi - the big tesco is about 25min walk away.

There is free parking on our road.

We have a giant extension that has a lovely living room, new kitchen and a downstairs loo.

We sometimes do house drinks, and we have a big garden and a fire pit for those lovely summer evenings 🪴🔥

We are all friendly and get along well and keep the house clean and tidy up after ourselves.

Some of have the occasional cigarette, but it's strictly outside only (using ashtrays always) keeping the house smelling clean and homely.
