Single room available in lovely home. Bed with high-quality, super-comfy mattress. The room overlooks the back garden, hence it's quiet and sunny. Storage, hanging space, room for a desk; Blackout blind, newly decorated and carpeted. The room has several chests of drawers and shelving.
The house: All mod cons on offer in this light, sunny house, including south-westerly-facing patio and garden (the garden needs a bit of tlc when I get the time), shared lounge; contemporary, very well-equipped kitchen and dining room/conservatory. Additional downstairs toilet. On-street parking is available.
The new occupier must love cats, as I have a gorgeous, sweet-natured tabby. £725 pcm for 7 days a week or Monday to Friday considered for £550 pcm. All reasonable bills are included. References must be provided. I would consider short-term lets for students. Happy with a conscientious student or professional. The other housemates are quiet, considerate and friendly.
