I have a lovely double room available in my flat in Horfield!
I’m Lauren, I’m 30 and am a Corporate Account Manager at BT. I moved to Bristol 5 years ago and fell in love with the city. I have just moved into this lovely modern flat in Horfield and am looking for a flatmate for the second bedroom.
The flat is in a great location opposite Horfield leisure centre, close to Gloucester road pubs and shops and on the main bus route. The room is furnished with a bed and large wardrobe.
I am sociable and enjoy being friends with who I live with but equally have a busy life in Bristol and enjoy my own space - particularly after a busy work day! In my spare time I like exploring Bristol, going out for food and drinks, nights out, festivals, cooking, swimming, and traveling.
I own the flat so am looking for someone who is happy to look after the place and keep it nice and tidy. I like to have a relaxed atmosphere at home but do have friends round for dinner and drinks etc from time to time and I’m happy for you to do the same. I want you to feel at home here too!
The rent is £625 + bills (electricity, broadband, water and council tax). There is a gated car park and a dedicated parking space (no extra cost) I don’t currently have a car so you are welcome to use the space if needed.
I am hoping for someone to move in in early August but can be flexible for the right fit. I can also be flexible with the length of stay but would prefer 6-12 months minimum.
