Short-Term Summer Let - Lovely Ensuite Double Room

Hi there, I'm renting out my lovely spare room over the summer while I’m away on holiday. The room is available from 21st July until the morning of 20th August, and it’s ideal for someone looking for a short-term let in a peaceful, well-connected part of Bristol.

The room is a bright, spacious double with its own ensuite bathroom and private entrance, in the extension of my home. It has a relaxed, Airbnb-style feel—I usually rent it out through Airbnb, so it’s clean, colourful, and fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’ll clear the wardrobe for you, although a few drawers and cupboards will still contain some of my personal items. You'll also have access to the kitchen, a large garden, and full use of the washing machine, dryer, and Wi-Fi.

The house is in Lockleaze, just a short walk from Lockleaze Sports Centre and Filton Avenue, and well connected by public transport—with regular buses nearby that take you directly to Gloucester Road and the city centre. If you drive, there's free off-street parking on the drive, right outside the house.

I’ll be away for most of the time the room is available, so you’ll have the place to yourself for the majority of your stay. I’ll only be back briefly with my teenage children on the night of 11th August, and possibly another couple of days to pack—we’re a quiet and respectful bunch.

The rent is £200 per week or £750 for 28 days, and all bills are included. Couples are welcome, and I’d love to find someone friendly, tidy and considerate to enjoy the space while I’m away.
