Wifi is an extra bill and would be covered by the both of us separately to the bills paid to the landlord. Rent is £700+ bills ( council tax ,water, gas and electric) so over winter was totalling about £860 but will goes down a bit over summer.
Room available from 23rd August.
Deposit is £300. Minimum 6 months stay with a 3 month probationary period.
The house is a 2 minute walk from a Tescos, Co-op and bus routes 70,73,74,75,76,77.24
