Double downstairs bedroom to rent

Hi,
We have had a housemate leave and are looking for a replacement to start at the begining of September, we are an all male mixed student and professional house with 2 of us working full time and 3 students both students and professional welcome although professional will need to spilt council tax with the other two workers, Bills are approximately 60 to 80 pound a month and we have a shared kitchen, a living room and two bathrooms, the bedroom to rent is located on the ground floor with the kitchen and living room, we are council tax band C, we are ideally looking for someone within our age range either student or professional but we are still a majority student household everyone is respectful and we all do stuff together quite frequently like heading to the pub or watching the football, please feel free to contact for questions or to organise a visit, the attached photos include the old belongings so the room will only come with the major furniture shown I have also attached a photo of the kitchen and bathroom but again please reach out for more
